Multi-Media Installation: Cesar's Dream
Cesar's Dream (OT: "Traum des Cesare") is a full scale VR adaption of the silent film classic "Dr. Caligari" that was created for the Goethe Institute and includes volumetric holograms.
It has been shown in Warschau, Krakow, Breslau and Berlin during the Berlinale in 2020 as well as Istanbul and is planned to tour in Budapest in 2023.
It's 360° adaptation is currently available at the ARTE Mediathek in Polish, German, English and French. It was also shown at the DOK Neuland section at DOK Leipzig 2019 and the Premiere Festival in Angers 2020.
Branded Entertainment: Scalable Youtube-Content production with KOLs
#ungeschminkt is a bi-weekly Youtube show for a young target audience, sponsored by cosmetic brand Bebe. Five German influencer invite guest or share personal advice on teenage topics on of Germany's biggest Branded Entertainment formats on Youtube. As a producer for UFA Fabian supported the realisation of more than 3 seasons for the client Johnson & Johnson.
360° Feature: Creating a interactive spin-off for the iconic ZDF trilogy Ku'Damm
The 360° VR experience of Ku'Damm was produced as a spin off for the UFA produced series Ku'Damm 56 and Ku'Damm 59. It closes the narrative gap between the two mini-series seasons and was intended to target an older generation of VR audiences.
WebGL Experience: "Beuys Verstehen" - coop between Goethe Institut and ZAUBAR
The virtual gallery "Beuys Verstehen" is conceived as an approach to the person and the work of Joseph Beuys, in particular to his life theme »social transformation«. it illustrates the artist's perspective on issues such as capital, ecology, democracy and the future. the exhibition makes Beuys’ theory and practice of »social sculpture« tangible in these thematic contexts. the virtual gallery »understanding beuys« was accessible in polish, czech, slovakian, hungarian, lithuanian and slovenian from mid-may 2021. Fabian initiated the virtual exhibition, raised funding and managed production together with the team from ZAUBAR.
Spatial VR: Winning the Laval Award with Germany's first walkable film
"An entire Lifetime" (OT: Ein ganzes Leben) is Germany's first "Walkable film". The combination of volumetric video and virtual environment won a Laval Virtual Award in 2018. It can be watched at the Museum for Film in Düsseldorf and the German Film Museum in Berlin.
